Orginally hailing from Caerphilly, I’ve been at Teeth For Life since February 2006 and became the practice principal in 2017. Qualifying from Cardiff Dental School, Im an active member of the dental community, sitting on the Local Dental Committee for Gwent. Being born with a cleft lip and palate and the care I received made me want to be part of  a healthcare team . I love seeing patients achieve their dental dreams and feel privileged to be able to play a part in that. 

Outside of work I like obstacle course racing and continuing my lifelong support of Cardiff City FC as well as being a big Trekkie!
