Children aged 0 to 4 inclusive can receive dental care at Teeth For Life free of charge, provided that at least one of their parents or legal guardians has attended a dental examination at the practice within the previous 12 months.
There is no monthly dental plan available for children in this age group.
Eligibility for free care is reviewed on an ongoing basis.
Where the eligibility requirement is not met, any examination or treatment provided will be charged at our normal fee-per-item rates.

For Life Junior helps us monitor your child’s developing teeth, identify concerns early and encourage healthy habits.

For young people aged 12 to 17 inclusive
For Life Youth provides regular preventive care during the teenage years, when changes in diet, oral hygiene, orthodontic treatment and lifestyle can all affect dental health.
The hygiene appointment included within For Life Youth is provided only where a dentist or dental professional considers it clinically necessary. It is not an automatic annual entitlement.
All For Life Plan members have access to the Global Dental Accident and Emergency
Scheme while their dental plan remains active.
The Scheme is designed to offer discretionary financial support following certain:
Depending on the circumstances, assistance may be available towards eligible costs such as emergency treatment away from home, out-of-hours emergency call-outs and treatment required following an accidental injury to the teeth.
The Scheme is a wholly discretionary scheme and is not an insurance policy. Assistance is not guaranteed. Every request is considered individually by the Scheme Manager and is subject to the Scheme’s eligibility requirements, exclusions, time limits and benefit limits.
Patients should read the full Global Dental Accident and Emergency Scheme Handbook for complete information about how the Scheme operates and how to request assistance. A link to the scheme can be found on this page.
The most appropriate plan will depend on your age, dental history, current oral health and the
level of monitoring and hygiene care you require.
For adult patients, factors we may consider include:
Your dentist will discuss the available options with you and recommend the plan that most appropriately supports your individual needs.
A For Life Plan is not simply a way of spreading the cost of appointments. It is a commitment to regular, proactive dental care.
By attending consistently, we can identify changes sooner, provide personalised preventive advice and help reduce the likelihood of small problems becoming more complicated to treat.
Our shared aim is simple:
To help you and your family enjoy healthy, confident smiles for life.
