2 dental examinations and 2 hygiene appointments each year For Life Gold provides six-monthly dental examinations alongside regular professional hygiene care throughout the year.

2 dental examinations and 4 hygiene appointments each year For Life Platinum is our most comprehensive adult preventive plan. It is designed for patients who require more frequent professional hygiene care to support their long-term gum and dental health.
Adult For Life Plan members receive 10% off eligible dental treatments that do not involve an externally manufactured laboratory item.
A laboratory treatment is any treatment requiring a dental treatment item to be manufactured outside Teeth For Life by an external dental laboratory. Examples include, but are not limited to, crowns, bridges and dentures. The 10% treatment discount applies to adult For Life Silver, Gold and Platinum plans only. It does not apply to For Life Junior or For Life Youth.
All For Life Plan members have access to the Global Dental Accident and Emergency
Scheme while their dental plan remains active.

The Scheme is a wholly discretionary scheme and is not an insurance policy. Assistance is not guaranteed. Every request is considered individually by the Scheme Manager and is subject to the Scheme’s eligibility requirements, exclusions, time limits and benefit limits.
